Jorge Thawe, He is a Malawian youngman, Married to Christina Mphepo, Currently doing his first digree in Mass Communication and he holds a Diploma in Journalism From the University of Malawi. In 2007 he started his career as a journalist with Malawi Broadcasting Cooperation (MBC) Radio as a reporter on intership basis after three months of practical, training in 2008 he was recruited with The Guardian Publications Limited (GPL) as a Correspondent reporter and within the year he was privileged to be offered a part time job as a Tour Guide with a certain Local Tour Operator company. In 2012 GPL was closed and Jorge was now offered a fulltime job as a Tour Guide and a Tours Consultant. From 2008-2016 Jorge Thawe his body, mind and soul are much eager to work in the Tourism industry to continue contributing alot to the economy of Malawi; he therefore in 2017 registered his own company (Mlambe Adventure Safaris).

Chawanangwa Kayira, is a Malawian youngman and married, He holds MSc in Integrated Water Resources Management (2012) obtained from University of Zimbabwe and BSc in Irrigation Engineering (2003) from University of Malawi. Apart from being Managing Partner of Mlambe Adventure Safaris (MAS). Chawa is currently working with Shire River Basin Agency as Integrated Water Resources Management Consultant. He has also worked with GOPA mbh from Germany, SMEC International from Australia, and Prospectiva from Portigal on their assignments in Malawi. Chawa also co-owns Sustainable Development Excellence Consulting registered in Malawi; that has doneworks with Environmental Affairs Department (Malawi) and an Italian NGO Comitato Internazionale per lo Sviluppo dei Popoli (CISP). Chawanangwa always welcomes you with warm hands and look forward to hearing from you. This is the most trusted package of local Malawians will never have.

Chifundo L. Thawi, He is just another fresh youngman graduated with Diploma in International Travel and Tourism from Malawi Institute of Tourism (MIT) in the year 2014. Since his graduation he has worked with CBR Tours as Tours Consultant.
